Very professional. Showed up when they said they would. Did a great job. I was able to move my stuff back into my garage before I was supposed to be able too. They got the job done faster than expected.

FAQs
Q. WHAT TYPE OF MATERIALS DO YOU USE?
A. We use a number of different materials depending on the application/usage. We use 100% solids epoxy, polyaspartic and polyurea coatings. This allows us to build a custom flooring system to meet your specific needs.
Q. WHY CONSIDER A COATING FOR MY CONCRETE FLOOR?
A. The coating will protect your floor from stains and everyday wear & tear. With an epoxy coating, your garage will have a glossy showroom finish.
Most importantly, our coating will help reduce the dirt/dust tracked into your home, add to the value to your home, and create a super easy to clean floor.

Q. WHAT IS THE PROCESS FOR FURNITURE/ITEM REMOVAL? DO YOU OFFER STORAGE OPTIONS SUCH AS PODS?
A. It is the responsibility of the homeowner to remove items from the garage or area to be treated. We can assist with heavier appliances such as refrigerators and freezers. For an additional charge, we can make arrangements for a storage unit to be delivered. This is also a great time to de-clutter and organize. Check out our space-saving and organizational options!
Q. WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TIMING FOR COMPLETION OF A FLOORING PROJECT? WHAT IF STORAGE OPTIONS ARE INCLUDED?
A. The floor install takes two days. One day to prepare the floor, apply base coat & color flake, and a second day to sand/smooth the flaked surface and then apply a heavy epoxy top coat. Some companies complete this process in one day. They present it as a benefit to you, but speeding up the process can jeopardize the quality of adhesion. Our installers take their time to ensure it is completed correctly.
If storage options are also required, it may add an extra day, but typically does not add any additional time for project completion.
Q. WHAT ARE THE COLOR OPTIONS FOR FLOORING? DO YOU PROVIDE FLAKE / SOLID / QUARTZ / METALLIC?
A. Our website shows some of our most popular floor colors, we also have a color brochure that has many unique color combinations. If you don’t see the color combination you want, we are happy to customize your ideas to make your vision a reality.
During your free consultation, our flooring expert will bring several full-size samples for you to see. Sometimes the colors can look different on your computer screen, so seeing them up close in your own space is recommended before the full installation takes place.

Q. I CURRENTLY HAVE OIL STAINS ON MY CONCRETE FLOOR. WILL IT BE A PROBLEM TO REMOVE?
A. Not at all. With our commercial grinder & diamond tooling, we are able to transform every floor - new or old - into a surface that will make for a superior, blemish-free, bond.
Q. ARE THE COATINGS FLAMMABLE? AND WHAT ABOUT THE SMELL?
A. Our coatings are free of solvents. They are not flammable and have minimal odor. They are non-hazardous to people or our furry friends.
Q. WHAT IS THE BEST WAY TO CLEAN MY NEW FLOOR(S)? WHAT ABOUT STUBBORN STAINS? DO YOU OFFER CLEANING SERVICES OR MAINTENANCE PLANS?
A. There are many simple ways to care for your new epoxy floor. We recommend a simple routine of mopping the epoxy floor two or three times each year. In between, you may wish to vacuum up debris with a shop vac or use a leaf blower to remove unwanted dirt, but typically everything else is just spot cleaning.
To spot clean, simply spray the area clean with a garden hose and spray nozzle then use a foam squeegee to remove the excess water for a spot-free finish.

Q. HOW DO I MEASURE SQUARE FOOTAGE?
A. Length X Width = Total sq. ft.
Q. WHAT ARE MY OPTIONS FOR SHELVING & STORAGE? HOW MUCH WEIGHT DO CEILING MOUNTED UNITS HOLD?
A. We offer various wall mount organization systems; these systems are customizable based on your specific needs. We also offer overhead storage shelving which holds up to 600 lbs (evenly dispersed). Overhead shelves are great for storing seasonal items and work especially well with storage totes.
Q. WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE YOU OVER OTHER FLOORING PROFESSIONALS?
A. We pride ourselves on professionalism and attention to detail. Your floor has our undivided attention (no rushing to get to the next job).
Q. DO YOU HAVE A REFERRAL PROGRAM? IF SO, WHAT ARE THE DETAILS?
A. Yes, we give out $25.00 Visa Gift Cards for each referral. We simply ask each new customer: "How did you hear about us?" so be sure they share your name at the time they book their service.
Q. WHO DO YOU SERVE?
A. We serve commercial businesses, residential properties, and builders.
Q. HOW DO YOU PREPARE THE FLOOR BEFORE YOU COAT IT?
A. All concrete floors are prepared the same, whether older or newer construction. We use diamond tooling on a commercial grinder and commercial dust collection. This process cleans the top surface and opens the pores to accept our epoxy for adhesion. Diamond grinding is the industry standard for surface preparation.
Q. I WANT TO PAINT MY WALLS IN MY GARAGE. SHOULD I DO IT BEFORE OR AFTER I GET MY FLOOR COATED?
A. We recommend you paint your walls after the floor gets coated because you might get some over spray from the roller. If you spill any paint on your newly coated floor, it wipes right off.
Q. I HAVE SOME CRACKS AND/OR HEAVY PITTING. CAN YOU REPAIR THIS CONDITION?
A. Absolutely. We have a polymer filler that is compatible with our coating system which will have your floor looking as good as new.
